Built in 360 hours, 30 stories, 9 magnitude earthquake resistant, 5 times the energy efficiency of conventional constructions. Built using highly innovative prefabrication techniques, construction waste is kept to 1%, and with the use of BROAD's fresh air technology, the indoor air quality is dramatically improved.
